Keiko Nishizu

Music for the Soul - Interpreting music is one thing, being able to open a piece up to the scrutiny and the emotions of an audience, is another. The japanese pianist Keiko Nishizu has perfected this art, which is also mirrored in her repertoire: from high level pieces by Mozart, Chopin, Grieg, Bach, Debussy, and Liszt to personal arrangements and compositions by modern composers such as Keith Jarrett, and Fazil Say, her passion for music knows no boundaries.

She has released two albums so far, and frequently charms both Japanese as well as German audiences with her numerous concerts.

One of her latest projects was a Live Recording Session in the Moonlight Panda Piano Session. Press article
